Against coronavirus, YUFA strictly follows the national COVID-19 prevention requirements and related regulations to ensure the safety of employees. To ensure normal production work, systematic management measures are adopted to actively respond to the challenge of the virus. Our company has taken the following measures:
1. Registration management. YUFA exerts its main responsibility and sets up relatively independent floors or areas in the factory for employees to check in.
2. Commuter protection. YUFA purchase a large number of virus prevention tools. Employees are required to wear disposable medical masks correctly. It is recommended to walk, cycle, or take a private car or shuttle bus to work.
3. Incoming inspection. Workers should check body temperature and show their healthy code before entering the factory.And then clean your hands after passing the test. If the body temperature exceeds 37.2℃, advise employees to observe and rest, and go to the hospital if necessary
4. In Office. Keep the office environment clean, ventilate, and disinfect regularly every day. Both sides of the reception staff wear masks. Cell phones, door handles, keyboards and mice, stationery, desks and chairs, landline phones are disinfected with alcohol everyday.
Regular meeting. The meeting personnel should be separated by an appropriate distance. Reduce centralized meetings, control meeting time, and change to online meeting to instead if possible.
5. Dining in the cafeteria. Use separate meals to avoid crowded people. Dining environment is disinfected twice a day. Tableware must be sterilized by high temperature. Keep the operation room clean and dry, cancel the mixing of raw food and cooked food supplies, and avoid raw meat.
6. Public area. Public areas such as halls, corridors, meeting rooms, elevators, stairs, and toilets must be disinfected daily, and spray disinfection should be used as much as possible.
